Weight loss results

Some people decided to learn for themselves how to lose weight in a healthy way, without spending lots of money or time searching for "fantastic", "easy" or "magic" solutions to lose weight.

Efficient weight loss can be achieved naturally, because losing weight is... simple but... never easy. Even a small weight loss is a BIG health gain. 

These friends took the time to read in detail my personal (quite funny) experience in losing weight.

  • If you have to lose more than 20 lb., you can start with the Danish Diet (13 days) and continue with the Negative Calorie Concept (as long as you like). They work fine one after another. And you'll feel great! 

    • P.S. If it's of any help... you won't feel hungry during the NC... it's much easier than DD!
  • If you are a vegetarian, you would love the Negative Calorie Concept !
