For women: during the "monthly thing"
you might experience a slight gain (not more than 1 kg, just body fluids,
not FAT) or a "plateau"... Don't worry, things will come back to normal
soon after that. |

After Sundays... you might experience
a slight weight gain - lunch / dinner with the family... barbeques... well,
we have to face a lot of temptations! Even if you don't tell others you're
on diet, don't YOU forget that! I know it's hard (impolite?!) to refuse
invitations... to "taste" whatever your host cooked... but try to "cheat"...
and eat your negative calorie food! |

OOPS ! Ahh, vacation time... can
be your worse time... for your weight! So many temptations...
BUT the most important thing is:
don't give up now! Continue the diet. And learn from this ... painful experience.

Well, this is not a miracle... Those
extra kilos (7 kg !) gained by E.I. during her vacation weren't really
all
FAT... She was... "bloated". Fortunately, vacation was over and she returned
to her "good" eating habbits and she eliminated quickly the "surplus".
In fact, she gained only 2-3 kg during her vacation. The most important
thing is that she WILL CONTINUE her own "custom" designed diet. |
