How to lose weight – my weight loss experience

 

I lost in 1997 28 kilos (~ 61 pounds) in less than a year.

I tried all kind of diets, drugs, wonder pills, patches... but these didn't work for long. Yo-Yo was my name!

I paid dearly the mistakes I did (hair loss, bleeding gums) due to bad nutrition, drugs. (I was fortunate to get only those!).
Thank God, I survived!

I learned that not everything that shines is gold... If a diet is popular it doesn't mean it's healthy too! 

Not to mention the money I spent on magic weight loss gadgets... I never thought about surgery... 

Being "desperate" is one thing, being stupid is another... So I decided to learn how to lose weight in healthy way. 

It just seems fair to give you this free advice:
LEARN how to lose weight before doing anything else.

So you want to lose weight also... 
  • That's good. It means you realize you do have a problem.
    The first step of your  weight loss "adventure" is almost completed!
Simply put, the (main) secret and one of the best tips for losing weight is that...

It's only up to YOU if you want to lose weight !

Two more rules:
  • Don't blame anyone else for not losing weight... (as I used to do...)
  • Be confident. You can do it too! So... DO IT!
