Understanding the concept of the Negative Calorie Diet & Negative Calorie Food
Is this possible? Can a food actually have not only no calories, but even negative calories?

Could you literally eat your way to fat loss... the more you eat the more you lose?

The answer is YES –  I spare you the details now, but if you have insomnia or you are very curious just read:

If you think  “If this is true, I could get a list of these foods and use them to help me lose weight ”... Well, you are right! Because... (now comes the hard part...)

Enzymes & Negative Calorie Diet?

Enzymes are responsible for the acceleration of ALL chemical reactions in the body.
The acceleration of chemical reactions in the body then equates to a faster metabolism...

OK, give me enzymes !!! Many !!! Where can I get them???

All foods have a caloric (calories), nutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein), and vitamin & mineral (enzyme producing) content.

Enzymes are not found in foods - but vitamins stimulate living tissues to produce enzymes that ideally are sufficient to breakdown that particular food’s caloric nutrients. The relative result of vitamin ingestion is the production of enzymes.
OK, and...?

Why are Negative Calorie foods so special?

Negative Calorie foods included in the Negative Calorie Diet contain sufficient vitamins & minerals to break down the host calories and a surplus of these enzyme producing biochemicals.

This simply means that once ingested these “negative calorie” foods provide for enzyme production in quantities sufficient to break down not only its own host calories, but possibly additional calories present in digestion as well.

What happens after that come close to what could ultimately be interpreted as truly a fat loss response on the part of resulting internal metabolic processes.

Aren't low calorie foods better then Negative Calorie foods?

Foods falling into the “empty calorie” category (junk food)  would be foods with too little enzyme producing vitamin & mineral content, while containing a surplus of calories.

The ingestion of empty calorie foods requires the body to produce its own enzymes (usually in the lining of the intestinal tract) to be able to convert these “empty calories” into usable energy.

Obviously, these enzyme producing functions in the body should be reserved for the performance of other internal, and more vital metabolic reactions. OK, OK, cut it...

Is it hard to follow this Negative Calorie Diet?

With a proper diet (like the Negative Calorie Diet) consisting mostly of fruits and vegetables, one can lose weight without...

  • cutting calories
  • limiting serving sizes
  • a prescribed exercise program
No matter what your age is! Who says eating healthy can't taste GREAT?

No junk food in the Negative Calorie Diet!!!

To optimize this metabolic acceleration, these researched & identified negative calorie foods should preferably be ingested in the absence of additional enzyme robbing “empty calories” (junk food).

This would insure that an optimum amount of enzymes are produced for absorption into the bloodstream and not wasted during digestive processes on assimilating calories from foods with poor vitamin and nutrient content.

Other advantages of the Negative Calorie Diet

Diet changes may affect blood pressure
Information from a 1984 survey appears to have uncovered a link between diet and hypertension (high blood pressure). Harvard researchers looked at data from over 41-hundred female nurses, and determined that foods rich in magnesium and fiber may help control hypertension.

Especially helpful foods included: apples, oranges, prunes and carrots. Other good candidates: spinach, celery, alfalfa, mushrooms and chicken. (Associated Press, 7 May 1996).
