How to design your diet – Examples

 Breakfast
 include 1 slice of bread, if needed
1 egg + 1 glass grepfruit juice / or
milk + cereals / or
cottage cheese + 1 cucumber + 1 glass orange juice / or
1 sausage + 1 glass grepfruit juice
 Snack (if needed)
one carrot or a fruit (NC list)
 Lunch
 include 1-2 slices of bread
a veggies soup / broth + one choice from below...
 • salad (veggies) + chicken 
 • salad (veggies) + beef 
 • boiled cauliflower (+ sauce) + tomatoes  + radishes + chicken
 • mushrooms + boiled fish + cream sauce
 • broccoli (+ sauce) + chicken 
 • corn (canned or boiled) + ham + onion
 • green cabbage (boiled) + sausages + tarragon + savory + dill
 • boiled carrots + beet + lemon juice + lettuce salad
 • beef + endives
a fruit (NC list) as dessert
 Snack (if needed)
one carrot or a fruit (NC list)
 Dinner
 include 1 slice of bread, when needed
salad (veggies) + fish (canned or boiled)
fruits
fruit salad
veggies soup
  • veggs + fruits are ONLY from the NC list
  • use fresh veggs and fruits as much as possible
  • dont' eat more than 2-3 eggs / week
  • 8 glasses of water daily, between meals !!!
  • Sauce for boiled vegetables: yogurt (or light mayonnaise) + sour cream + onion + garlic + dill + parsley (chopped) + salt + pepper. You pour it on the hot vegetable - it's delicious!
