Weight yourself every morning !
  • Don't throw away your scale (I did once, and it was not good)! This won't make you slimmer or make the problem disappear! 
  • Face the problem! Only this way you will be able to correct it.

Keep a food + weight diary, update it daily. 
  • Write in there everything you ate during the day. Be honest to yourself.
  • This way, you'll remember... you're on (a "light") diet and you'll never forget about your weight GOALS.
