Diets... after the Danish diet
(if you haven't had enough diets...)

To avoid monotony... and keep myself in shape I alternated several short term [strict] diets with "relaxed" diets (but don't exaggerate – you already know what you can eat and have your "conscience" at peace... )
For a long term diet, Negative Calorie Concept is by far my best choice. Read about it, understand how it works.
For a short term diet, you can have a   6 days diet | 5 days diet | 3 days diet

I also mentioned some other diets in my step 2. Hey... avoid the mistakes I did! Choose carefully your diet!
Some weight loss pals recommended me several other books for losing weight. Read their reviews.

I tested this diet which is hard:
  • 1 day dairy products, only one type (low fat, of course) – only milk, or only cheese/fetta, or only yogurt. [I used milk]
  • 1 day fruits [I used apples] – you eat only apples, for instance, the whole day. [See negative calorie list if you hate apples...]
  • 1 day meat – only meat the whole day – chicken, beef, fish - boiled, steamed, grilled etc.
After these 3 days, you repeat again the diet, in the same order. I tell you, this is a hard one
After milk and apples... you'd like to kill for some decent food... Fortunately, you get MEAT the third day! You'll feel better. On Sunday you are happy, you lost weight, but be careful, don't eat like crazy! 
If you follow this diet, you could lose 3-4 kg (6 - 8 lb.) [I did] in these 6 days. Hey, but no candies, cookies, waffles etc. No Coca Cola and other soft drinks. Nothing but Dairy / Fruit / Meat. Nothing else. Clear?
  • I also heard about a variation of this diet: after the first three days, you add these three days: 
    • 1 day vegetables
    • 1 day fish 
    • 1 day eggs (not good!) – I didn't keep this diet.
Well, don't keep this one too often – use this in case you need to quickly lose 3-4 kg (6-8lbs). 
This is perfect for "fatties" that want to look pretty [for a party next week...] and the gown is just too "stretched" on their... you know what.

I just felt great !
  • Eat only germinated wheat and FRESH fruits & vegetables (as much as you can!), three times a day.

  • No soft drinks, alcohol. Nothing boiled, or cooked, steamed etc. No cookies, sweets, etc. – of course!
You need about 1.5 kilogram [see conversion table] of wheat (used for "seed" - "live" wheat, that can germinate, sprout). 
You have to prepare it one day in advance, every day. You put 250-300 grams of wheat in a plate, cover it with water. The next day (24 hr.) the wheat will be germinated (sprouted) – don't leave it longer! It's ready for you to eat it – you can mix it with honey to make it more "eatable". [Prepare today for tomorrow!]
Divide this portion in three: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat it (well, "chew" it) at breakfast, lunch, dinner and then continue with your choice of FRESH fruits and vegetables [see negative calorie list]
You can use wheat germs [I didn't try that] instead of germinated wheat. 
I felt great. I didn't lose much weight – I was after a "severe" weight loss of 8 kg (17lbs) and my body just couldn't keep up the pace. But I reduced my sleeping hours by 2 hours! I was very active, full of energy, positive thoughts... Fresh fruits & vegetables did this miracle! My colleagues asked me if I was on "medication" or if I found a "lover"...

I didn't have the... time (nerves? courage?) to try this diet recommended by yoghins for losing weight and elimination of toxins. 
  • These three days you have ONLY yogurt with parsley !
