Start the Danish diet...

I started my weight loss "adventure" with the Danish Diet. The text is the original one, but the comments below are mine... I suggest you read them, for better results, before starting the diet... See my weight loss graphics

Comments made during the diet
 
With undissimulated enthusiasm I started on one Monday the 12386969th diet of my life.
If  I don't consider the 7th day of the diet (when you drink a lot of water for... LUNCH - no comments here), the day when you eat boiled celeriac for dinner (whose taste you desperately try to "annihilate" with the tomato and apple)... the diet is quite bearable – providing you have someone to cook/prepare all those for you. Otherwise you might be tempted to eat raw meat... 'cause you're so hungry

Considering the importance of this diet for human kind and prosperity of all nations (!!!), my parents accepted to help me, cooking and bringing my food to the office.

During the first week of the diet I lost 4 kg (8.8 lb.). Today is the 9th of the diet and I kept the diet correctly – plenty of water, baby, between meals. What a pleasure... I do want to thank my colleagues for bearing with me – I was in such a mood... due to less calories, sweets, goodies (that make our life beautiful). The diet says that you can loose up to 20 kg (44 lb.) !!! – but I doubt that. Maybe if you start your diet when you're 300 kg (661 lb.)...

I do estimate that I will loose during these 13 days of the diet about 7-8 kg (15-17 lb.). We'll see and we'll eat. I wish you luck !
 


Comments after the diet
 
Well, I finished the diet. I lost only 5 kg (11 lb.). I had a threshold (plateau) which I bearly surpassed.

Comments – one year after the diet
 
Other people used this diet. You can't loose more than 5-6 kg (11-13 lbs) during the approx. two weeks of diet. It's not bad, in fact it's VERY good. If you follow the instructions after the diet, you can keep loosing weight for one year. Definitely, it's a very good start.
I found out (one year later...) that two weeks after ending the Danish diet you should keep the diet with garlic tincture ... to improve your results.
Well, I works even without that...

Well, Norman beat the record - he lost 13 kg (28.6 lbs) in those 13 days! Well done!

BEFORE STARTING THE DIET...


Keep in mind that the results of Danish Diet (or any diet) vary from one person to another, depending also on HOW MUCH weight they have to lose and how their body reacts to various food. The more you have to lose, the more you will lose...
