Find out if you have problems with your glands (thyroid) or if your
extra pounds are a result of your ... slow metabolism
(to put it gently and not say that you eat like crazy) The doctor told me I had NO problem with my thyroid, so if you don't have this problem, this might work for you also... It might also work for those with thyroid problems, I don't know. Test it, and let me know. |

Get a precise (reliable) scale. |

| My husband gave me one TEFAL
scale (very accurate indications) like a present... I tried not to feel offended (@#!&*@). He was exasperatingly indifferent to whatever I was wearing, doing, feeling etc. – especially due to my overweight. I was surprised he even thought about it ! It was quite expensive, but much less than the "wonder" pills that I've tried in the past. Beside, think that you'll eat less... and spend less on food. (HA!) |

Check your weight daily |

You should check your weight daily, same hour, after your morning
shower and after your prayer!
Write down your weight. Write down also what you ate the previous day (keep
a food diary). I use EXCEL, it is perfect for me.
You should be able to create a (nice) graphic on your weight "evolution".
Analyzing the table & graphic that you created you can find out how your body responds to certain foods - you get fat, you loose weight or your weight is stable.
