Vegetable marrow (stew) – 3-4 vegetable marrows, 1 onion, 2 spoons rice, oil, dill, parsley, savory. 
Stew onion + oil + water (2 tbl. spoons). Add peeled and chopped veg. marrows + rice. Add water to cover the ingredients. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary. After 20 min., add savory, dill, parsley, salt, pepper and remove from stove. Delicious. You can add yogurt too, on the top


Tuna salad – 1 can tuna flakes, onion, garlic, dill, parsley, 1 sliced carrot + celery, yogurt, (olives), salt, pepper, lemon.
Slice/chop them and then mix everything! The yogurt replaces the oil (or mayonnaise). Fantastic! And you lose weight too !


Mixed Salads – replace tuna with slices of beef, chicken, fetta and add NC vegetables. Eat as much as you can!


Spaghetti – Spaghetti (Barilla are my preferate) + 1 can mushrooms, tomato sauce, 1 onion, basil (essential !), dill, parsley, salt, pepper, oil, butter, cheese, parmesan.
Spaghetti: follow instructions on the box (usually it works...) Boil water + salt, add spaghetti. 
Sauce: stew onion in oil + water (2 tbl. spoons), add mushrooms, tomato sauce, water if necessary and the rest of ingredients  - basil, dill, parsley, salt, pepper. Boil for 5 min. 
When spaghetti are ready, put them on a plate, add butter. Grate cheese, add sauce + parmesan. Killing for ! But hey, not so often...


Sauce for boiled vegetables
yogurt (mayonnaise) + sour cream + onion + garlic + dill + parsely (chopped) + salt + pepper. 
You pour it on the hot vegetable - it's delicious!
